We are currently hiring for a few Intermediate Software Engineers. You are an experienced Software Engineer with proven CRM and Billing Systems experience. You will be expected to take a strong role in developing quality products and dealing with service requests from customers by actively contributing and collaborating with team members and other developers. Facilitating and providing high quality innovative solutions is essential to this role.

As a B2B software and service provider bringing complex, mission critical systems to a few large-scale clients in the united Kingdom and across the globe, we will only fulfill our global aspirations if we have the most talented leadership working with these clients to secure their business through the delivery and support of great technology.

Gentrack is a 500 person, growing business, listed in the public markets of New Zealand and Australia. The main people centers are in London, Auckland, Melbourne and Pune.

In this role you can expect to :

  • Be involved with customers, such as with requirements gathering and software deployment
  • Ability to take on multiple tasks within your group and to proactively acquire the product and technical knowledge necessary to deliver your contributions
  • Active participation in all aspects of agile software development
  • The successful delivery of software from your team to customers
  • Collaborate with customers during workshops and design sessions
  • Open to receiving feedback on the quality and quantity of your technical outputs from your team, technical reviewers, leads and managers
  • Successfully implementing improvements to practice and process

What you need to be successful :

  • 3+ years' commercial software development experience
  • Designing solutions in an agile SDLC environment
  • 2+ years' working knowledge of CRM and Billing Systems
