You'll be experienced in...

  • Proven working experience in project management ideally in an agency environment with E-commerce projects from inception to launch
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Excellent line management, matrix management and mentoring skills
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and / or G Suite
  • A recognised project management certification such as Certified Scrum Professional, Agile PM, Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Your day will look like.....

The Senior Digital Project Manager will work with a range of clients on several different projects or one large project and will be adept at managing and building client relationships and reporting on the status of projects. The Senior Digital Project Manager will support, mentor and matrix manage Junior / Mid Project Managers to deliver client projects and develop the Delivery practice.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the smooth execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and coordinate budget estimates
  • Develop a detailed project plan and project documentation to monitor and track progress and manage changes to scope, schedule and cost
  • Manages and delivers across the whole projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements, including post implementation reviews and continuous improvements.
  • Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Ensure project-related and personal admin is completed on time and accurately e.g. timesheets, sign-off, resource planning / booking, expense submissions / approvals, project reports, compliance documents and training
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Proactively seek opportunities for client account growth to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Support the Senior Leadership in the design and implementation of the KPS project Management Framework and best practice processes for the entire Delivery Practice
  • Organise, coordinate and mentor Junior Project Managers joining the Delivery Practice
  • Work closely with all functional teams to build strong internal relationships
