Sub Arc Welder

NRL are recruiting for a leading provider of infrastructure services. Role details : You will be responsible for the Sub Arc Welding of a large scale mock-up for one of our nuclear projects and as such must have a proven track record in Sub Arc Welding. Additionally, you will also be responsible for operating a novel automated welding solution that we are currently developing and therefore experience in automated welding techniques is also desirable. Key Responsibilities : To provide support in the field of Welding Operations in support of Asset Management contractual activities.To be responsible for equipment and facilities as specified by the Operations Leader ensuring that these are always properly maintained, calibrated and fit-for-purpose.To assist senior staff as a member of project team(s) in meeting time, cost and timescale targets on all projects thus fully satisfying the client’s valid requirements.To adhere to company procedures and systems (including quality, safety, environment, administration, security) and to contribute to the improvement of such procedures where they can enhance performance.To ensure that equipment, workspace and machinery is maintained to a high standard and fit for purpose or third-party inspection.To stop any work being carried out within bay / lab environments which is deemed not in-line with the standards expected. Key Requirements : Demonstrable experience in Sub Arc and...
