Account Executive Home Made

About the Role :

As a Account Executive at Home Made youll play a vital role in our B2B sales funnel specialising in rental offers within our Build-to-Rent accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include offer qualification negotiation and seamless progression to our tenancy operations team. Youll contribute directly to creating a better renting experience for all stakeholders.

Key Details :

  • Working Hours : Rotas are set in advance - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm. This role also requires a bi-weekly Saturday with a day in lieu in return.
  • Location : Southwark office-based role transitioning to one day a week WFH after post probation.
  • Salary : 26K -30K base salary commission (OTE 40K)

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the end-to-end rental offer process for Build-to-Rent clients.
  • Accurately input and manage offer details in the CRM system ensuring compliance with business standards.
  • Qualify and prepare offers that meet defined rules and compliance criteria.
  • Lead negotiations with renters securing rental agreements while keeping all parties informed.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to fulfil our mission of transforming the rental market.
