Job Title : Finishing Handyman – Immediate Start (1 Week)

• Location : Fulham
• Start Date : Immediate
• Duration : 1 week
• Rate : £25.00 per hour (CIS / UTR)
• Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (9.5 hours paid)We are currently seeking a skilled Finishing Handyman to assist with final-stage works on a busy construction site. This is a short-term role requiring someone who can hit the ground running and deliver a high standard of work.Key Responsibilities :
• Carrying out snagging and finishing works to a high standard
• Mastic and sealant application
• Minor carpentry (e.g., skirting, architraves, ironmongery)
• Patch plastering and filling
• Painting and decorating as required
• Final fix tasks and ensuring all areas are completed to spec
• General handyman duties to assist in project completionCandidate Requirements :
• Valid Blue CSCS Card
• Full set of own tools suitable for finishing work
• Proven experience in a similar role with strong attention to detail
