Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are recruiting on behalf of a housing association that have estates across the Southall area. They are looking for grounds maintenance / gardeners to maintain the outside areas of these estates. Basic gardening duties including mowing and strimming grass areas, weeding flower beds and litter picking are some of the key roles.

A company vehicle will be provided that you share to assist with transport to and from work.

Working week is 7.00am - 3.00pm Monday to Friday

Starting salary is £14.60 per hour.

30 days holiday + bank holidays

Applicants must have proven back ground in gardening or grounds maintenance work.

UK driving licence is essential !!!

Key results :

• To carry out a program of assigned grounds maintenance works in line with published schedules.
• Ensure activity such as planting summer and winter beds, maintenance of hedges, turf maintenance, weed spraying / weeding and leafing is carried out during the appropriate seasonal parameters.
