Job Title : Internal SalesReporting To : Branch ManagerSalary : CompetitveLocation : Hillington, GlasgowMain Purpose : To ensure the timely response to all customer enquiries.Duties & Responsibilities :

• Monitor and respond to all customer enquires sent to the branch through email or phone calls.
• Create customer quotes.
• Contact suppliers to get prices and lead times on parts required for quotes.
• Convert quotes to orders on the system once accepted by the client.
• Advise customers that goods are ready for collection.
• Arrange shipping of the goods to site if required.
• Convert jobs to invoices on the system once collected or shipped.
• Work with the internal service team to quote remedial works required from engineer site visit reports.
• Convert remedial quotes to jobs once accepted by the client.
• Place orders with suppliers for parts required.
• Notifying the internal service team once all materials for remedial jobs are booked into stock and the jobs are ready to schedule.Skills, Knowledge & Person Specification :
• Good communication skills
• Good numeracy skills
• Computer literate in various Microsoft packages and company operated systems
• Self-driven and focused individual with the ability to work on own initiative
