Probe Technical Recruitment are recruiting a very exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician for a global manufacturer based near Rutland. We are looking for somebody to manage and assist in development and engineering projects at the site and to provide second line support to the Engineering team. You identify opportunities for improvements and make recommendations to improve machine and process effectiveness.

The benefits package for the Maintenance Electrician role include :

  • Base salary would be £37,516.72, with the option of 208 hours contractual overtime giving an extra £5625.36, if the successful candidate wanted to start doing this after completion of their probation period. There could also be some negotiation on the base salary for the right candidate.
  • 33 days holiday

  • Company sick pay after one years service, increasing with length of service to a max 24 weeks

The key areas forMaintenance Electrician focus :

  • Timed served engineer, electrical bias
  • Ideally, a good working knowledge of PLC and servo control systems
  • Understand and be able to work with Pneumatics and Hydraulics
  • Good computer skills, CAD systems, ideally Auto-Cad would be desirable.
  • Have experience on installing and commissioning new pieces of equipment.

You will be part of a team of Maintenance Engineers delivering maintenance support and activities to maintain site compliance, improve the safety, quality and efficiency of all assets.

    The benefits package for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer role include :

  • Salary depending one experience £40,000 - £48,000
  • There are 40 hour weekly rotational shift patterns in place covering earlies, lates and nights covering both sites. (6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm / 10pm – 6am).

We are looking for a Reactive Maintenance Engineer, to join the Engineering team at the recycling facility in Grantham. The role would suit someone who would thrive in a diverse and challenging work environment. This position would suit an Engineer able to be part of projects, overhauling and adapting machinery, alongside reactive and planned preventive maintenance.

    The package details for the role of Maintenance Engineer includes :

  • Salary £40,000

  • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor the MRP & Warehouse team, providing performance appraisals and fostering growth.
