Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join an Outstanding School in Derby starting in April. This is a fulltime permanent position where you will teach Maths to KS3 / 4 with the possibility of teaching KS5. Applications are welcomed from both experienced Maths teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

  • Position : Maths Teacher
  • Key Stage : KS3 KS4 and potentially KS5

  • Salary : MPS / UPS (M1 salary to UPS3

What the School is Looking For :

  • A qualified Maths teacher with a passion for teaching and a dedication to student success.
  • A degree in Maths or a related subject.
  • QTS or PGCE (or equivalent qualification).
  • Experience teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4 (KS5 teaching experience is desirable but not essential).
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
