Engineering Supervisor – Brand New Contract | Paddington 🚨📍 Location : Paddington (On-site only)💰 Salary : £53,000 - £57,000 (DOE)⏰ Hours : Monday – Friday | 08 : 00 – 17 : 00🔧 Extras : Planned weekend work & OT availableWe are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead a brand-new contract in Paddington for a prestigious corporate client. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the mobilization and ongoing maintenance of high-end commercial buildings.Key Responsibilities :

• Organize and manage all planned and reactive maintenance
• Ensure all work complies with H&S regulations and complete required documentation
• Maintain plant rooms and ensure cleanliness and efficiency
• Oversee reactive maintenance in line with contract requirements
• Manage minor improvements and oversee contractors on-site
• Attend client meetings and act as the primary on-site contact
• Lead a team of engineers and subcontractors to maintain a high-end corporate workspace
