Job Title : Management Consultant - Finance Systems

Location : Midlands (1 day in the Birmingham office with occasional in-person meetings)

Salary : £65,000 to £75,000 + 15% annual bonus based on company performance+ private healthcare + Benefits

About Us :

Trinity House Group are working with an entrepreneurial management consultancy that specialises in finance transformation solutions. They have a variety of FTSE 100 to SME clients and as they continue to grow are looking for a proactive and skilled Management Consultant who has a specialism in Finance Systems / Transformation to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance transformation, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and have a strong consulting background.

What You’ll Do :

  • Drive finance transformation and systems projects, helping clients implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work with internal teams and contribute to areas beyond consulting (such as marketing).
  • Learn and master new financial systems and tools, applying them to client projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Previous client-facing consulting experience is essential.
  • An understanding of accounting principles and the needs of finance teams (part-qualified or relevant experience welcome).
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with both clients and internal teams.
  • A desire to learn, understand systems deeply, and continually improve processes.
  • Quick to learn new systems and financial tools.
  • Comfortable collaborating with a small team and contributing to multiple areas of the business.
