Berts Jazz Bar is currently recruiting for a full time chef.

Berts Jazz Bar is a fantastic venue within the Merchant Hotel. It bridges the gap between the gastro pub style of the Cloth Ear and the fine dining of the Great Room Restaurant offering bistro fayre within a completely unique environment. Live Jazz is the fore front of the product but by all means not its only feature. Fabulous cocktails and delicious food work alongside the music to bring an exciting new arena for dining in Belfast.

The food is a mixture of popular favourites with a few revitalized classics. It is kept simple with a degree of sophistication with its roots firmly embedded in local produce with classic French flair.
