Chef De Partie

Our Client is enowned brand hotel property based in Perth, Scotland. They are looking to sponsor applicants who are ONLY present in the UK on Skilled Worker Visa and looking for change in employment. Salary - £29,000 per annum for ONLY 40 hours per week work

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring that all duties within the Kitchen are carried out according to the company policies and Health and Safety laws.
• Work effectively within the kitchen brigade to ensure high level of service standards.
• Prepare the perfect plate, every time, in line with Interstate brand standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team mates to ensure that together each service is smooth and efficient.
• Be an expert on all things policy, process, and specs, maintaining a kitchen that meets the highest levels of safety and hygiene standards.
• Understand how the key performance indicators of the kitchen is measured against and work hard to positively influence these whilst on shift.
