As a Nurse your key duties include :
Manage the assessment, implementation and evaluation of individual resident care plans while promoting a professional working environment to ensure a high standard of resident careAdopt a systemic, individual approach to all resident care plans and communicate the outcomes to the clinical team both verbally and in writing, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is kept up to dateEnsure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident careDeputise in the absence of the Unit Manager and their Deputy to manage the staffing and clinical needs as requiredSupport and supervise care staff or new recruitsThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role :
Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essentialCaring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track recordPassionate about delivering outstanding care to older peopleExcellent organisation & leadership skillsEffective communication skillsFlexible, professional and committed to being the bestQuality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our servicesThe successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £18.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £41,184 per annum.
