Comex 2000 a leader in telecommunications is seeking a dynamic Systems Trainer to join our IT & Systems team in Wednesbury. This role offers exciting opportunities for national travel allowing you to connect with teams across the UK.

What Youll Do :

  • Develop and Deliver : Create engaging training materials for our bespoke systems such as Depotnet . Deliver inperson and remote sessions to diverse audiences.
  • Content Creation : Design innovative training content from videos to interactive elearning modules.
  • Systems Support : Provide essential training on data protection cybersecurity and office applications as well as our inhouse systems.
  • Collaborate and Communicate : Work closely with IT and operational teams to stay updated on system changes. Foster a culture of continuous learning and provide ongoing support.
  • Travel : Embark on frequent UKwide journeys to deliver consistent highquality training.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT training ideally with fieldbased workflow systems.
  • A knack for explaining complex topics in simple terms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational and attentiontodetail abilities.
  • A willingness to travel extensively.
  • Experience in data protection cybersecurity and office application training (preferred).
