Director of Fundraising

Help Musicians UK is currently seeking a Director of Fundraising to join its organisation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in steering the organisation’s income growth and refining its fundraising strategy to maximise impact. This position requires collaboration with a skilled Leadership Team and dedicated fundraisers to enhance funding avenues, thereby extending support to a greater number of musicians.

Applicants are expected to possess significant leadership experience, a proven track record in income generation, and the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan in partnership with the Leadership Team and Board. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong people management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for music.
