Salary up to £47,192 per annum

Basic salary £36,524 - £41,792 per annum + Market Supplement of £5,400

Our Children’s Social Care Service is an established team that is supporting that community.

Thurrock Children's Services is rated Good by Ofsted, offers a great working environment with a stable management team and caseloads are managed so time is focused on families. We are developing our services and roles available for Social Workers who are ready to be part of the team.

Our Social Workers are dedicated team members and are focused on direct work with children and families. Working across a range of closely knit teams our social workers achieve for children. We are a small authority and offer a close supportive team culture.

To be appointed you will need to demonstrate one year post qualifying experience in children’s social care, detail your direct work skills and commitment to achieving the best for children,
