Salary : £16.50p / h - guaranteed 45 hrs per week

Shift times : Monday to Friday, 6 : 00 AM start until finish (no weekend work)

About the Role :

Manpower are recruiting for a well-established flooring distribution company and are seeking Class 2 (CAT C) Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join their team in Rayleigh. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy manual handling, including lifting, unloading carpets and flooring products, and handballing pallet goods.

Drivers will be responsible for delivering flooring products to retail stores, high street locations, and customer lock-ups (key access provided). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term career stability and progression.

Key Responsibilities :

• Completing 15-22 multi-drop deliveries per day across the M25 area
• Lifting and unloading carpets and flooring products - this is a physically demanding role
• Handballing pallet goods and manually handling flooring products to ensure safe delivery
• Using a winch system to assist with moving heavier loads
• Delivering to curbside or assisting with placement at the customer's preferred location
