An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a friendly, one-form entry primary school in Southwark, starting in January 2025.
About the role : Behaviour Mentor
- Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs, promoting positive behaviour
- Work closely with class teachers to create and implement stimulating behaviour strategies that promote progress.
- Deliver targeted interventions in small groups and 1 : 1 sessions to support social and emotional development.
- Support children across key stages, from Year 1 to Year 6, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Help pupils build confidence, resilience, and the tools to succeed both academically and socially.
