Look no further— EWFM is hiring a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team!
What you will be doing?
- Daily Maintenance : Tackle electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks to keep our buildings in top shape.
- Proactive Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve issues before they become problems.
- Collaborate : Work alongside contractors and other professionals to coordinate repairs and installations.
- Plan & Execute : Support the service desk with scheduling and delivering planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Document : Maintain accurate records to ISO 9001 : 2000 standards.
- Comply : Ensure all work meets health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications :
City & Guilds 18th Edition Certification.C&G 2392 Fundamental Inspection & Test or similar.Strong knowledge of electrical systems and health & safety regulations.Experience :
Proven track record in maintaining a wide range of building systems.Supervising external contractors and collaborating effectively.PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS SUBJECT TO AN ENHANCED DBS CHECK
