Senior CDM Advisor (Principal Designer)

ARM are

working with a leading consultancy who specialise in building design and heritage schemes and due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Senior CDM Advisor to join the team based in London.

About You :

• You will have experience of providing CDM advise and principal designer knowledge on construction schemes.
• You will have excellent knowledge of the Construction (Design and management) Regulations .
• You will have good working knowledge of H&S legislation also.
• You will hold a degree in any of the following : civil engineering, architectural / urban planning or construction discipline.
• You will have some knowledge of CAD also.

What you will be doing :

Working with the Head of CDM Principal Design, you will be supporting internal colleagues and external customers with good technical knowledge and guidance on designs from a CDM perspective.

This position is based in Central London (Zone 1) and is working using the hybrid model with home and office working each week.
