• Essential : Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work)
• Essential : Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
• Proven experience in a social work setting, particularly in community or adult services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
