The Role :

As our Deputy General Manager, you will be the face and

personality of the restaurant. Supporting the General Manager, you will run the

venue as if it were your own business. Your role will involve demonstrating

strong commercial acumen, training and nurturing your team, and maintaining the

high standards that our guests have come to expect.
