Job descriptionHuman Rights Appeals, Deportation Applications, Asylum Claims Personal Immigration Corporate Immigration Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration law and regulations Provide clear and compassionate guidance to clients Draft legal documents, prepare case files, and represent clients in tribunals and courts where necessary. Qualified Solicitor status in the UK. Minimum of 3 years’ experience practicing immigration law. Strong knowledge of UK immigration laws, policies, and procedures. Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines under pressure.
