Job descriptionProvide 1 : 1 support to a child with complex needs and help, students understand instructions. Assist in implementing individual learning and, support plans. Support children during social activities and outings. Encourage communication and manage behaviour. Work alongside the teacher and SEN team to create a positive learning environment.
Behaviour Buddy
This role is ideal if you aspire to gain experience in SEN or have career gaols to become a Youth Worker, Probation / Prison Officer, Psychologist, Therapist or SEN Teacher.
