Forklift / Production Operative

Job Title : Forklift Operative / Production Operative Location : Medway Towns Are you an experienced forklift driver working within a busy production environment? Do you hold a valid counterbalance forklift licence? If so, we want to hear from you! Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Forklift Operative / Production Operative to join a busy dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a successful and growing company with the potential for personal and professional development.This will be a shift pattern of both days and nights working 12 hours. Key Responsibilities : - Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials and products around the facility. - Oversee the production process - Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations. - Assist in the loading and unloading of materials as needed. - Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth running of production activities. Essential Skills and Qualifications : - Strong experience in the concrete industry is preferred - Valid counterbalance forklift licence is a must. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
