New On-going Temporary Position in East Grinstead for a Credit Controller.

Job Description

• Monitor and manage the company's credit accounts, ensuring timely payments and minimising overdue balances.
• Proactively follow up with clients on outstanding payments through phone calls, emails, and letters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient payment process.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the credit control process.

The Successful Applicant

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively, ensuring accuracy in all work.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in [specific software, e.g., Excel, accounting software].
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to work independently.
• May be working towards an accountancy degree
