Residential Conveyancer

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, NORTH YORKSHIRE / HYBRID, up to £45,000 per annum. A well-established firm is seeking an experienced conveyancer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, and for the right candidate, the firm is open to accommodating part-time hours. JOB REF : 8692

• The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• You will be liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
• The firm offers flexible work arrangements for this role, including hybrid options and part-time hours.
• Applications are open to qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• The ideal Legal Professional will possess strong organisational and communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment to achieve practice area goals.
