Position : Regional Sales Manager
Location : Northampton
Salary : Up to £37,000 basic, plus uncapped bonus, plus company car, Unlimited OTE
Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to manage new business opportunities and build key customer relationships within our Industrial Division across Northampton plus at least one other branch location.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you'll work closely with our branch teams to drive new business and support continued growth in the Industrial sector.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Regional Sales Manager :
Generate leads using all available resources to including cutting edge CRM and Sales AI softwareManaging and utilising your enhanced LinkedIn accountAttending networking eventsUtilising your marketing budgetGrowing an existing lead data baseResearch and monitor competitorsDevelop and manage your own portfolio of target accountsAchieve and exceed monthly targetsParticipate in branch team meetings and individual performance reviewsMaintain up-to-date records in the CRM systemDevelop strategies to promote the company s products and servicesPrepare sales forecasts, establish sales goals for the region, and to communicate theseCollaborate with Managers to identify market news / leads.What we re looking for in a Regional Sales Manager :
A minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in winning new businessDemonstrated success in sales and account managementExperience working with volume users and achieving resultsProven ability to exceed targets & a Full UK driving licenseAbout Us
