Global Sales Incentives team plays a crucial role in AVEVA’s growth by developing and executing Sales Incentives solutions aligned with the overall direction and success of the Sales organisation. In this fast-paced environment, we are dedicated to driving performance through strategic initiatives and a seamless execution of incentive programs.
As a Global Sales Incentives Manager, you will be responsible for designing, cost modelling, implementing, and managing our global Sales Incentive programs that achieve business objectives. With your expertise and deep understanding of incentive structure, you will act as a strategic partner with the business leadership to provide specialist guidance and recommendations.
