We're seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing team at Heathrow Airport, working for a tier one contractor with a stellar reputation for delivering complex and high-profile projects in the aviation sector.

As Senior QS, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of a large tunnelling aviation project worth over £140m. You will manage contractual relationships, drive financial performance, and lead change management processes.

Key responsibilities will include :

• Navigate change management processes and supporting the delivery of projects amidst evolving client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Oversee contract administration, valuations and commercial management of MEP packages.
• Identify and prepare EWN's, NCE's and agreement of CE's including contractual entitlement for time.
