Job Description

Search Executive

• Development and management of client relationships - identifying new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Identify, screen and place candidates in roles that match their skills as well as career aspirations
• Learn the 360 recruitment process - build your own portfolio of clients and candidates
• Manage and influence client expectations - provide market insights, salary guidance and advise on the most effective recruitment strategy
• Offer management, negotiate salaries, candidate onboarding, interview scheduling
