  • Salary : £37,900 per annum plus study assistance
  • Hours : 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
  • Location : Aspire Business Centre, Tidworth

  • Your Role :

  • Supporting the Commercial Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly invoices and understanding the Main Contract Revenue.
  • Liaising with Garrison Finance teams to ensure monthly volumetric information is prepared to the required timetable in accordance with Central Management Team (CMT) requirements.
  • Perform and co-ordinate the Budgeting and Forecasting processes in respect of contract revenue.
  • Assist with review and validation of all output from the Change accounting process including invoices, monthly reporting and forecasts including supporting documentation.
  • Addressing issues concerning invoice preparation and presentation with Finance / Commercial staff at Garrisons and the ABC, our Partner Sub-Contractors, ADL and the CMT as appropriate.
  • To perform month end processes ensuring that the necessary reconciliations are completed to comply with the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) control environment.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Qualifications : Educated to at least ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent, and partially qualified as an accountant (CIMA, ACCA).
  • Experience : Strong analytical capability, excellent attention to detail. Financial modelling capability within Excel, with general / commercial and contractual awareness.
  • Skills : Excellent MS Excel and IS skills, in addition to effective communication and excellent organisation skills.
