Our client are seeking a dedicated and proactive Freight Account Manager to join their team. In this key role, you will manage client relationships, oversee logistics coordination, and ensure the smooth transportation of goods. Your focus will be on maintaining excellent client satisfaction while optimising efficiency and profitability.Key Responsibilities : Maintain strong relationships with clients as their primary point of contactCoordinate shipments, select carriers, schedule pickups / deliveries, and ensure full regulatory complianceOversee client accounts, negotiate pricing, manage contracts and handle billing inquiriesEnsure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processingResolve any challenges during transportation i.e. delays, damages, or regulatory issuesTrack performance i.e. on-time delivery rates and customer review scores to identify opportunities for improvementWork closely with premium clients, emphasising exceptional customer service, communication, and satisfactionQualifications : Experience in freight forwarding, air, road, sea freightStrong communication skills, builds trust and rapport with clients and internal teamsExcellent organisational and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detailProficiency with logistics software, tools, and the Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practicesIf you have a passion for logistics and a knack for building strong client partnerships then dont delay and apply with your most up to date CV showcasing your relevant skills.Due to high volumes of applications we cant always reply to everyone, if you havent heard from us within 48 hours please assume that your application has not been successful on this occasion.
