An opportunity has arisen for a motivated Health Visitor Team Leader who will be responsible for the clinical leadership and operational management of Health Visiting Teams under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager / Children & Families Health Services Lead. The post holder will lead skill mix teams of health visitors and community nursery nurses across the locality.
