Job description

Proactive Personnel ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor for our client based in Nottingham city centre.

We have either a temporary, temp to perm or a straight permanent contract available depending on your situation.

An immediate start is available with this role.

  • 07 : 00- 17 : 00 Monday – Friday – flexibility with hours is available)
  • You will also be required to work Saturday AM’s on a rota basis.

Duties :

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
  • Perform vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Update in house system
  • Create detailed service estimates for customers
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
