• Lead projects valued £1–3 million, reporting to a visiting Project Manager
• Work on luxury residential and high-end commercial / hospitality fit outs
• Join a main contractor with a £25–40 million turnover and strong industry reputation
• Take full responsibility for site delivery : H&S, quality, programme, subcontractor coordination
• Based in the West End, with sites across central London
• Long-term progression available – others have moved up quickly after joining
• Role suited to someone confident running high-spec projects from start to finish
• Previous placements into the business – proven track record of development
