Location : England

Hours of work : 40 Hours Per Week

Job Description

In our continuous pursuit of service excellence, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager (PMO) to lead the Transition Process Model (TPM), ensuring seamless operationalisation of UK&I contracts and transformation initiatives.

You will be responsible for delivering structured governance, setting project management standards, and ensuring consistency and transparency across all transition projects.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering exposure to dynamic project environments.

  • Managing project plans
  • Holding task owners accountable
  • Reviewing actions and risks
  • Confident in challenging when necessary
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment

About You

  • Proven Project Management or PMO experience within the Facilities Management (FM) sector (preferably with new contract mobilisation experience)
  • Experienced in the use of Project Management tools such as MS Project / Monday.Com
  • Demonstrable understanding of commercial contracts
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work using own initiative, plan and anticipate needs before they arise
  • Strong data analysis, report design and presentation skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to command respect and credibility with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Positive team working ethos and commitment to delivery and learning
  • Fluent in English (second language a bonus)
  • Experienced working in a diverse environment with multiple cultures and nationalities
  • Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive information
