Skills required for the role of Engineering Manager

• Leading, coach and inspire the engineering and maintenance team
• Assess, train and develop the existing team.
• Monitor and drive continuous improvement across the site and department
• Cover performance management, oversee absence, H&S and grievances.
• Manage the engineering and maintenance budgets
• Oversee large CAPEX projects
• Provide technical support when required
