Job descriptionGreet customers warmly and ensure a seamless service experience Book vehicles into the workshop and liaise with technicians Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s progress and completion time Provide outstanding customer care, including handling onward travel arrangements Stay up to date with product knowledge through manufacturer-led training Professionally recommend and upsell necessary repairs Maintain high standards in administration and organisation
