Senior Conveyancing Fee Earner Leeds 45000pa to 55000pa depending on experience

We now seek an experienced Conveyancing professional to join this highly regarded law firm in Leeds as a Senior Conveyancing Fee Earner.

This longstanding firm enjoys an excellent reputation and a regular influx of repeat work in addition to new clients to the firm daily so this is a busy role where you will be expected to manage a caseload of around 80 files.

Annual salary 45000 to 55000 Depending on Experience

What youll be doing

Responsibility for managing a full varied caseload of around 80 files

Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties new build transactions remortgages right to buy and help to buy schemes from inception to completion

Maintaining and building excellent client relationships

Always protect client interests whilst taking precautions against potential fraud and money laundering

Draft legal documents including contracts and HM Land Registry documents

To ensure all files comply with the company policies and the regulatory framework including CLA SRA and solicitor account rules

Undertake general administration duties using a high degree of selfmanagement and initiative

Deal with clients both in person and on the telephone in a confident manner providing clear accurate and up to date information

What you will have

Experience of working as a Conveyancing Fee Earner

Previous use of a Case Management system

A motivated selfstarter able to work remotely effectively and efficiently
