Their loyal, multi-disciplinary workforce and commitment to excellence have made them a trusted partner on prestigious public, private, and commercial schemes.The Role : Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of work, our client is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
  • Support senior QS staff in managing project budgets, valuations, and cost reporting
  • Attend site visits and progress meetings
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met
  • Contribute to cost control and value engineering initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records throughout the project lifecycleAbout You :
  • Degree qualified or currently undertaking a Quantity Surveying or related course
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a main contractor
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Eager to learn, with a proactive and team-oriented attitude
