Located in the Scottish Borders, this public sector organisation is looking for an experienced Customer Service Senior Team Leader to join them on a 6-7 month contract. They are an integral part of their localmunity, supporting people across the Scottish Borders in a variety of ways. With 151 employees in their headquarters, there is a great sense of atmosphere and morale in this fast-paced working environment.
Your new role
You'll manage a dynamic team of Customer Service Advisors with varying levels of experience. Your main responsibilities include :
- Managing 17 employees in the contact centre team
- Managing performance of customer service employees on a daily basis
- Ensuring targets are met and performance is on track
- Delivering on oues
- Working with various stakeholders and departments across the organisation
- Helping with calls and queries of a sensitive and distressing nature
