Who We’re Looking For

We’re inviting real estate agents, brokers, and sales professionals with international or local market experience to join our global network. The ideal candidate :

Has a minimum of 2 years experience in real estate or sales

Holds any required qualifications or licenses for their jurisdiction

Has an active network of buyers or access to new leads

Is motivated by performance-based income

Is eager to join a new, tech-forward real estate ecosystem

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old

Must be able to verify experience and / or credentials in sales or real estate

Must be professional, responsive, and committed to closing deals

Web3 / crypto interest or experience is a plus (but not required)

How You Earn

Blockdeed operates on a simple and transparent commission model :

Each property listing shows the total commission available

If you introduce a verified buyer who completes the purchase, you receive 80% of that commission (20% goes to Blockdeed)

Commissions are paid directly to your nominated account or Web3 wallet, based on our agreement with the property developer
