Mechanical Services Manager

An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Mechanical Services Manager to join a well-established Multi Discipline Contractors based in Milnathort.

About the Company :

Established since 1975, the company has carried out building work for major Scottish house-builders, agricultural, food industry and NHS clients. The civil engineering arm experienced a vibrant period of growth in the utilities sector at Mossmorran following the petro-chemical boom in Scotland.

• Successful applicant must be full conversant with all up-to-date Mechanical Service processes and procedures, including but not restricted to the following;
• Commercial & Domestic Heating / Water Services
• Pressurised Water Services
• Commercial Plant Room Replacement / Refurbishments
• Commercial & Domestic Drainage Installations
• Commercial & Domestic Appliance Servicing & Maintenance
• Material Take Off’s & Contract Cost Control Function

In addition to the above, the successful applicant will be fully conversant with all correct H&S Legislation, and also will be required to organise and manage Mechanical Services Projects from tender through to completion, either as a stand-alone project or within the wider company contract environment.

Salary and package will be negotiable.
