Business travel consultant - touring specialist - Required for this expanding independent based in the West End. Homebased, hybrid or office based, salary between 38 / 48k, previous touring experience or production experience is a must, as well as sabre knowledge ideally, but they will cross train from another GDS.
Business travel touring specialist duties
- Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times.
- Handling air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist and private charters from start to finish , providing full dedicated support to all customers using sabre
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of role Prioritise work load, delivering within given deadlines
- Ensuring client budgets and specific requirements are met
- Process any administrative tasks including accounting queries, promptly and accurately
