Banking – REAL ESTATE FINANCE 2-7YR

The team acts for a wide variety of domestic and international clients, including financiers, developers, real estate trusts and funds on all aspects of real estate investment financing and development financings and across all sectors including hotels, student accommodation, the private rented sector, offices, retail and logistics.

This opportunity is your chance to become part of this growing practice and fast developing team.

You will work with high profile clients, the opportunity to build upon the existing strong client base and develop successful relationships. The role will include leading and closing transactions with appropriate partner support, drafting and negotiating the finance documentation, supervising junior lawyers and trainees and liaising with colleagues with real estate, construction or tax expertise who will provide the due diligence and other support on those aspects.
