Abattoir General Operative

Brightwork is recruiting for Abattoir General Operatives to work in Turriff, Aberdeenshire.

The rate of pay is £12.20 per hour, increasing after 26 weeks to £12.60 per hour.

This is a full-time role and the shifts start at 7am until finish time, usually between 3.30pm and 5pm.

Your Time at Work

As an Abattoir General Operative, your duties include :

• Picking, cutting, loading and general duties within Abattoir using knives and equipment
• Assist in the production of beef and lamb

Please note that this job is in a chilled environment, involving work with animals' guts and blood.

No previous experience is necessary as a General Operative / Warehouse Operative as full training is provided.
