Working for a leading mental health charity we are seeking skilled Recovery Workers to work within a supported accommodation service for males and females with mental health issues.
The role :
- To provide support to adults with mental health needs, assisting with day-to-day activities
- Work with individualized support plans, offering therapeutic and practical support
- Support with any medication needs where required
- Be flexible to work on a rota basis including early, late, and sleep-in shifts
