The Service Team Leader will ensure that FINEX FI are working in adherence to WTW's operational requirements.
The Role :
- Reports into the FINEX FI Practice Manager
- Ensures that all client documentation is accurate and CEM compliant
- Subject Matter Expert for the FINEX FI SPOE process
- Ensures that FINEX FI are compliant with WTW Group policies, procedures, and service standards
- Assists the FINEX FI team with the resolution of complex process queries
- Proactively manages FINEX FI's operational metrics
- Assists in the implementation of new initiatives and procedures where required
- Maintains a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas of weakness within the business that may be improved
- Acts as a pillar for best practice, upholding this within FINEX FI
- Supports and liaises with the A&S function on credit control matters
- Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships with associates in the Mumbai Placing and Billing team
- Nurtures and maintains a culture of continuous process improvement
- Manages the compliant processing of insurance contracts as dictated by the FCA, contract certainty, and WTW requirements
- Has a clear understand of WTW's placement policies and procedures, and is able to explain these to the FINEX FI team as required
